in the 'after' pic, I see nothing horribly wrong with it. The artist has managed to accuretly or as close as possible, capture what a Geisha may have looked like in medivial era Japan. In today's socieity of Japan, a Goth Geisha is not highly unheard of, as a Geisha in mourning will often dress in black, wear minor makeup and often use asscorieis close to one's heart as seen with the cross necklace/choker. The layers needed to make this piece of art a success was no doubt time consuming, so in affect the artist did a fantisic job in my opinion.
